These slippers are so comfortable and cozy. At first I thought they were too small but it took just a few minutes of walking in them to realize they were perfect and snug. The fur on the inside still has not compressed in the places my feet press down which makes them very soft. I have significant problems with footwear but these never rub or cause any pain. I would definitely buy them again.
Shipping took about 8 days. I ordered during the holidays and customer support made sure to update me all throughout the process. They were very kind!
